Welcome to Rooted Footcare (rootedfootcare.com), a UK-based online store founded by an HCPC registered podiatrist. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Rooted Footcare is operated by True Podiatry, an HCPC registered podiatrist, registration number CH037043. Our registered address is Marlow, Buckinghamshire. You can contact us at rootedfootcare@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell a range of foot health, footwear, and foot care products, some of which are dispatched by us and some of which are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors; we reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, with a full refund offered.

3. Affiliate Links

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to third-party brands. If you make a purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases made through affiliate links are governed by the third-party retailer's own terms, not ours — we are not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or customer service of products purchased directly from an affiliate partner's site.

4. Ask a Podiatrist Service

Our "Ask a Podiatrist" Email and Video Consultation services are provided by an HCPC registered podiatrist and are intended for general education and advice only.

This service does not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or formal clinical assessment.
This site is general advice and is not suitable for a diagnosis or treatment plan. Always consult a podiatrist or medical professional in person with any foot health concerns.
Email Consultations receive a written response within 48 hours of purchase. Video Consultations are scheduled by mutual arrangement following purchase.
We reserve the right to decline to answer a query where, in our professional judgement, it requires in-person clinical assessment, and to offer a refund in that case.

5. Downloadable Content

Downloadable guides and educational content purchased through this site are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly. Due to the digital nature of this content, downloadable purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where the file is faulty or inaccessible.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Rooted Footcare is VAT exempt, so no VAT is added to prices. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Affiliate products: Most products currently featured on this site are affiliate links to third-party brands. Purchases made through these links are completed on the retailer's own website, and any returns, refunds, or cancellations are handled entirely by that retailer under their own policy. Rooted Footcare is not able to process returns or refunds for affiliate purchases — please contact the retailer directly.
Directly stocked products: For any product purchased directly through Rooted Footcare, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Footcare shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, our products, or our advisory services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
