Shipping policy

Shipping arrangements depend on the type of product purchased:

Affiliate products: Most products featured on this site link to third-party brands. These purchases are completed and shipped directly by the brand, under their own shipping terms and timescales. Please refer to the retailer's own shipping information at checkout on their site.

Directly stocked products: Items purchased directly through Rooted Footcare are dispatched directly from the brand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Ask a Podiatrist services: These are digital/remote services with no physical shipping — Email Consultations are delivered by written response within 48 hours, and Video Consultations are scheduled by arrangement following purchase.

Downloadable guides: Delivered instantly via download link/email — no physical shipping involved.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or affiliate retailers once an order has left our processing (for directly stocked items) or been placed on the retailer's site (for affiliate items)
