Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases made through these links are completed on the retailer's own website, and any returns, refunds, or cancellations are handled entirely by that retailer under their own policy. Rooted Footcare is not able to process returns or refunds for affiliate purchases — please contact the retailer directly.
• Directly stocked products: For any product purchased directly through Rooted Footcare, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
